About Us

US-based Medics & Radios operators who complete FEMA’s free online IS 100: Introduction to the Incident Command System and IS 200: ICS for Initial Response as well as the free National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG) online Wildland Fire courses, can join the optional Air Group Supply Sales Team.

Sales Team members make commissions on every Air Group Supply item or event sold through their link, online or off, get real-world monthly bonuses for managing On Air virtual airline duties for Sequoia Flight School and/or various on and offline Medics & Radios chores and also get a monthly stipend as part of the General Fund distribution. This manual and the online courses are the instructions for how to use that system.

No one is ever required to join the Sales Team. Medics & Radios operators can register for and take the Medics & Radios Basic Course and be certified as Medics & Radios Freelance Operators. Medics & Radios Freelance Operators can attend drills and events, but they don’t participate in real world sales or certain aspects of real-world events, partly due to insurance issues, and don’t get real-world money as part of the Sales Team joint efforts.

Medics & Radios Organization

Medics & Radios is a Live Action Role Play (LARP) project sponsored by Gute-N-Berg Laser Engraving, LLC, Doing Business As Air Group Supply. Air Group Supply is Gute-N-Berg’s portable, post-apocalyptic-themed micro-retail store that is set up at various events in the US.

Air Group Supply also sponsors Sequoia Flight School: Real-World Training for Flight Simulator Pilots.

Air Group Supply is built directly on FEMA’s Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program, as a LARP. FEMA’s IS 100, 200, 700 and 800 courses are free online and are required by every emergency services and law enforcement agency in the US.  These courses explain the Incident Command System (how things get done) and the National Incident Management System (where stuff comes from).

Sequoia Flight School and Medics & Radios corporate structure directly mirrors the FEMA Incident Command System, which allows Air Group Supply to manage a fractal sales system using a fractal management system, which scales together nationally.

The 2 projects combine with the Medics & Radios Air Group, which is real-world drone, powered parachute and ultralight flying in support of real-world Medics & Radios LARP missions and events, and covers all the basic online training needed for the municipal UAV teams, based on NWCG drone team standards.

Air Group Supply Sales Team

Medics & Radios operators can make commissions on all of our Air Group Supply products and events, including the Sequoia Flight School products. The FEMA IS 100 and 200 courses are required for the Sales Team, which requires FEMA registration, which keeps us from training terrorists, and since the Incident Command System is the basic management structure of the business.

Air Group Supply Sales Team members earn commissions for any sales made through their links and get a stipend from the General Fund for helping manage the Medics & Radios and Sequoia Flight School operations.

Medics & Radios uses affiliate software to track sales: this is not a public affiliate program. An affiliate # is assigned to a Sales Team Member and then every sale made through that member’s links gets automatically tracked.

Every sale of any product through Sequoia Flight School or Medics & Radios websites or events is tracked automatically and then various levels of commissions and overrides are automatically disbursed.
